In order to confirm your IDP meeting, please log in to the Graduate Student Tracking (GST) system:
When you enter GST, you’ll be presented with the records of your research advisees. To confirm that an IDP meeting has taken place, just:
- click on the relevant student’s name
- click on the IDP heading in their record (it’s on the far right)
- click on the edit button (also on the far right – this button will be disabled until the scheduled date of the IDP meeting (entered by your student) has been reached)
- switch the status from Not Met to Met, and
- click the Save button.
